Tour Booking Terms & Requirements
Your passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of the tour.
The booking is non-transferable once it is confirmed.
Changes or cancellations are subject to the tour operator’s policy and may incur additional fees.
For cancellations, please contact customer service before the scheduled tour date.
Rates do not include taxes or additional charges unless clearly stated at the time of booking.
Meeting and departure times must be strictly followed; late arrival may result in missing the tour without compensation.
Some activities in the itinerary may be optional and subject to availability or weather conditions.
