Original documents or certified true copies must be provided before starting the translation.
All information must be clear and free from any erasures or alterations to ensure approval of the translation.
The turnaround time depends on the document size and number of pages, and it is recommended to agree on the delivery date in advance.
Fees are paid upfront or according to the office’s policy and are non-refundable once the work has started.
The translation is delivered stamped with an official seal and signed by the translator or office to guarantee acceptance by official authorities.
If any changes are made to the document after translation, additional fees will apply for issuing a new version.
